- RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-59. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 812930 and the size standard is $35.5 mil. The Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has a requirement for a total of 10 parking spaces with Access Cards a Located within one (1) city block of 1801 L Street, NW Washinton, DC, in accordance with the attached list of Specifications. Period of Performance is for one 12-month base year and two 12-month option years as follows: Base Year - October 01, 2013 through September 30, 2014 Option Year 1 - October 01, 2014 through September 30, 2015 Option Year 2 - October 01, 2015 through September 30, 2016 The contractor shall provide indoor parking spaces that have twenty-four hour, seven days a week access, in and out privileges, self parking allowing response to emergency situations, and assigned spaces. The contractor will not leave the vehicles unsecured and will not have access to vehicle keys. Vehicles will be locked at all times. Vehicles cannot be double parked. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (JUL 2013), applies to this acquisition. Addenda to this provision are attached. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (JAN 1999), applies to this acquisition. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Low Price, Technically Acceptable. Addenda to this provision are attached. Offerors are to include a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial items (APR 2012), with their offer.
