Description

The VA Medical Center, West Palm Beach FL, intends to solicit and award a sole-source firm-fixed price contract for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for expansion of our current Reverse Osmosis System for use in the Dialysis Expansion area. Under the authority of VAAR 819.7007, the VA intends to make award to: IMR Development Corp, 2750 N 29th Avenue, Ste 120, Hollywood, FL 33020-1582. The anticipated award date is September 25, 2013. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 221310, Water Treatment and Distribution; small business size is $7M. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, however, this notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. The Government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
