- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912JA-13-R-Game and is issued as an Request for Proposal (RFP) unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-69. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561320 with a small business size standard of $25M.This requirement is set aside for Small Business. The solicitation will close 13 September 2013 at 1300CST. SEASONAL SERVICE TO ASSIST THE GAME MANAGEMENT OFFICE AT FT McCLELLAN, AL TO BEGIN ON 25 Sept 13 to 30 APRIL 2013. TASKS: Issuing and clearing permits/Licensing's Collecting harvest data (weight, jawbone, etc) Working with Federal Game Warden Ordering supplies as needed Other light duties as requested HOURS - required for selected hours during deer gun-hunting season - hours will be continuous each day ranging from 4 to 14 hours per day with a combination of weekdays and weekends. Advanced notice will be given prior to required workdays. Total work week is not to exceed 1750 total hours. ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions must be submitted by using the 'Submit a Question' feature at www.fedbid.com. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of Buy. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
