- U.S. GOVERNMENT Project No: 2NY0663 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: Bronx Delineated Area: North: East 163 rd Street to Intervale Ave; South: East 149 th Street to 3 rd Ave; East: Intervale Ave to Southern Blvd to East 149 th Street; West: 3 rd Ave to East 163 rd Street. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,998 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,598 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: •· The leased space must be contiguous. •· 1 st floor space is preferred, below grade space is unacceptable. •· Two elevators required if space is above ground level. One elevator can be a freight elevator. •· Separate visitor and employee restrooms required. •· Offered space must be within 2 blocks of public transportation if available in the area. •· Employee and Visitor parking spaces should be onsite if dictated by the local code or within 2 blocks of the leased space. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
