Description

SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION FOR CEB NOTE 22: The U.S. Coast Guard intends to procure the following supplies/services: Annual Membership to CEB Government Finance Leadership Council 09/22/2013 - 09/21/2014 This purchase will be made from: Corporate Executive Board (CEB) 1919 North Lynn St. Arlington, VA 22209 The U.S. Coast Guard intends to purchase this item from CEB as the only provider of this membership. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority for FAR 6.302-1(b)(ii) and 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
