- This is the Staement of Work for Bldg. 2612 This is the Statement of Work for Bldg. 2614 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-13-Q-0427 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69, Defense Circular Number 20130808, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2013-0827. The Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this request is 334290 with a size standard of 750 employees or under. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Items called for by this RFQ have been identified in the schedule by brand name. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): BLDG 2612 (Equipment and installation for an intercom system): CLIN0001 - 1 Lot: Cat6 4 pair plenum cable; 3ft Cat6 patch cord blue; Cat6 indoor/outdoor cable; other installation supplies CLIN0002 - 1 EA: 48 port Cat6 patch panel CLIN0003 - 1 EA: Intercom master station CLIN0004 - 1 EA: Central exchange unit CLIN0005 - 2 EA: Sub-control unit CLIN0006 - 8 EA: Exterior door station CLIN0007 - 3 EA: 48v Power supply rack mount CLIN0008 - 1 EA: Power supply rack kit CLIN0009 - 1 Lot: Programming, set up and user training CLIN0010 - 33 EA: Interior substation headset CLIN0011 - 1 Lot: installation Labor BLDG 2614 (Equipment and installation for an intercom and CCTV system): CLIN0001 - 1 EA: Replace 16 existing analog cameras with IP cameras capable of connecting to existing IP based Pelco Digital Sentry system. CLIN0002 - 1 EA: Add seven (7) new IP cameras in locations identified by user and connect them to existing IP based Pelco Digital Sentry system CLIN0003 - 1 EA: Add Two (2) 3TB drives to existing Digital Sentry NVRs, one (1) each. CLIN0004 - 1 EA: 24 Camera channel licenses CLIN0005 - 1 EA: Add one new 24 port POE network switch and patch panel. Remove the existing wall mount enclosure from the Assistant Director's Office. Provide and install one new floor standing enclosure; location TBD. CLIN0006 - 1 EA: Provide and install all new plenum rated Cat6 cable and connectors CLIN0007 - 1 EA: Discover and program in all 23 new cameras. Provide on-site staff training of 4 hours CLIN0008 - 1 EA: Provide and install one Aiphone AX248C IP based intercom system AX Series Exchange unit allowing connection of up to 8 masters and 24 door stations CLIN0009 - 1 EA: Provide and install one master station, 19 interior door stations and 5 exterior door stations CLIN0010 - 1 EA: Provide and install new Cat5 cabling and patch panel CLIN0011 - 1 EA: Program entire system and provide staff training on system usage All other specifications are provided in the attached statements of work. **** New and replacement CCTV equipment must be compatible with existing IP based Pelco Digital Sentry system. **** All deliveries shall be FOB destination to F1P32G - BLDGs 2612 and 2614, 5305 E.
