- This is not a request for solicitation, this request is to find out if there are small business capable to provide the below equipment at a fair and reasonable price. San Juan VA is looking to replace the Intravenous delivery Pumps system consisting of PC Unit, user programs and up to four detachable infusions and monitoring channels. Equipment must have wireless connectivity, enhanced display including color to clearly communicate critical programming, infusion, monitoring and hospital-defined policy information. Quantity needed nine (9) units. Upgrade or replacement of three hundred and forty one (341) Alaris 8000 pc units on hand to Alaris 8015 or new units (lowest cost to the Government). Quantity three hundred and forty one units (341). Medication delivery program point of care software such as ( Guardrails ® Suite MX ) consisting of medication dosing, concentration delivery rate and optional initial programming guidelines for up to 15 patient-specific care areas, referred to as profiles. Each profile contains a specific Drug Library, an IV Fluid library and channel labels, as well as instrument configurations appropriate for the care area. Optional drug- or IV Fluid-specific Clinical Advisories provide visual messages. System Manager License for the equipment selected quantity needed one (1) Server w/ 5 years Support hardware and maintenance quantity needed one (1) job Server Implementation quantity needed one (1) job. Server Installation quantity one (1) job Server administration fee quantity one (1) job Equipment most interoperate (communicate) with PICIS our clinical information system, patients infusion information must be able to be sent to the clinical information system for further use. Only Vendors under NAC FSS contract will be consider for this Procurement.
