- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol, intends to issue a sole-source, fixed-priced contract to Cellebrite USA Corp., for forensic extraction devices (UFED Touch Ultimate Kit) and Logical and Physical updates, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The NAICS code is 334220. Cellebrite USA Corp. is the only responsible provider and developer of the UFED forensic system and can provide software updates to its equipment currently in use by Border Patrol locations. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor an invitation for bids. No formal solicitation package is available. Justification is available and will be provided upon written email request.
