- This is a SSC Pacific combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside (FAR 52.219-6). Only quotes submitted by Small Business Concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a Small Business Concern will not be considered for award. Competitive quotes are being requested under N66001-13-T-6280. NAICS code is 541380 and the size standard is $14.0M. SCOPE: This Statement of Work (SOW) provides for Engineering and Test Evaluation services in support of U.S. Navy shipboard vibration qualification testing of the Compact Surface Antenna. Specific requirements are detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The service agreement will be for a total of one year. Contractor shall submit data in accordance with the attached contract data requirements list (CDRL). This is anticipated to be a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract.
