Description

This notice is for Project No. 623-10-107, RELOCATION OF ICU HEADWALLS, at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center, Muskogee, OK.74401. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). All SDVOSB's may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. If your firm is not legally designated as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, you are not eligible to bid on this project. This procurement is classified under NAICS Code 236220 and has a size standard of $33.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Work includes demolition, general construction, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other services required to complete the renovation of 25 rooms located on the 3rd floor west sing and 4th floor west wing of building #53 to create functional spaces for patient care. Renovation will require relocation of all headwall utilities including medical glasses, electric, data, and patient monitoring system as well as architectural changes to replace and relocate the headwalls. Renovations shall require new installations, upgrades, and modifications to the walls, finishes, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and environmental control systems. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform the required renovation required by the drawings and specifications that will be provided. Contractor shall be responsible for work outside the project area that is required to provide a complete project with all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and communications systems fully integrated and functioning. This shall be completed in 270 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. Work shall comply with all local and state codes. A site visit will be scheduled at a later date. Participation in the site visit is not mandatory, but is highly recommended. Specifications and drawings will be uploaded, and will be available for download from FedBizOpps (http://www.fbo.gov) at a later date. All Amendments to this notice/solicitation will also be posted at the FedBizOpps website. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments you must be registered with FedBizOpps. Venders are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging any and all amendments to this solicitation prior to the closing of the response time.
