- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation to remove 2 kardex lektrievers and purchase 8 fixed shelf legal file cabinets is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 337214 and the small business size standard is 500emp. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001 - Dismantle and disposal of 2 Kardex Lektrievers, Series 80 units, Serial #'s 13496 & 16949. QTY: 1 Unit of Issue: Each CLIN 0002 - Purchase 8 fixed shelf, legal file cabinets (example: H626-Hon product or equal), 6 fixed shelves w/retractable doors, locking mechanism, movable dividers. Dimensions: Height: 64 inches, Width: 36 inches, Depth: 17 inches. Color: Cream QTY: 8 Unit of Issue: Each Items shall be received (30 Days ADC) FOB: Destination for delivery to: 5th Regiment Armory, Baltimore, MD 21201 The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items and award will be made to the lowest priced quotation that meets the physical, functional, and performance criteria outlined in CLIN 0001, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items DFARS 252-212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items.
