Description
United States Government, The Department of the Treasury The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Seeks Space for Lease in Evansville, Indiana Requirements: The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the U.S. Department of Treasury, is seeking to lease approximately 4,400 rentable square feet (between 3,800-4,200 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet), located on one floor. Space must be located in a Class A or B, fully sprinklered building that has been renovated and/or constructed after 1999, must be located above the first floor and must be capable of meeting accessibility requirements. The Government reserves the right to reject offers where a bank is the owner of record, or there is a major bank presence in the building. Subleases are not eligible for consideration, unless the building's owner has agreed to execute a prime lease with the Government if a lease award is made. Location: The building must be within the Evansville Metropolitan Statistical Area, defined by the U.S. Census Bureau in 2010. This area is inclusive of the following surrounding counties: Gibson County, Indiana Posey County, Indiana Vanderburgh, Indiana Warrick County, Indiana Henderson County, Kentucky Webster County, Kentucky Buildings located on either side of the boundary streets will be considered to be within this delineated area. Term:Lease term will be for ten (10) years firm with two five (5) year renewal options. Occupancy: Space must be ready for demolition and tenant improvements no later than September 1, 2014.Owners & Authorized Agents: I will be in Evansville on October 1, 2013 all day and October 2, 2013 in the morning. Please note times you are available on the October 1, 2013 to show properties. Expressions of interest should be submitted to the following address within 15 calendar days from the date of this advertisement and should include the following information: 1. Building name and address 2. Date of construction and/or most recent major renovation 3. Photograph of building 4. Available rentable and usable square footage and rate per rentable and usable square foot 5. Date space is available for construction of tenant improvements 6. Proposed floor 7. Owner's name and address and written statement from owner that offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
