Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE-SOURCE BASIS: Pursuant of FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements," the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Federal Investigative Services Division (FISD) intends to award a sole-source order for the HP/3Par San Support. The North American Standard Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for action is 811212 - Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance. This is not a solicitation for quotations, but rather a notice of the Agency's intent to make a sole-source award to Insight Public Sector Inc. There will be no solicitation issued or available.
