- Redacted Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Long Range Enforcer Product Line (LREPL) will utilize other than full and open competition to award a contract for the purchase of Fairbanks Morse Engine Center Section Overhaul parts kits for the main diesel engines of the 378' WHEC class vessels. Fairbanks Morse Engine is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source with the proprietary knowledge and technical data to provide these kits to the Government. Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only the OEM under the authority of 6.302. The following supplies are required: 378' WHEC FAIRBANKS MORSE ENGINE CENTER SECTION OVERHAUL PARTS KIT PART NUMBER 16612392, NSN 2815-01-586-7128 QUANTITY: THREE EACH PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED SOLICITATION
