Description

Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-69 effective August 1, 2013. This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Acquisition of Commercial Items, and is full and open. The Solicitation Number for this acquisition is CC-P13-012364 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541712 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure three (3) new force plates and amplifiers to replace the outdated force plates currently used in the FAB motion laboratory. Replacement of the one non-functioning force plate is not feasible since the one new plate would be more accurate than the other older three plates the data collected would be inaccurate.
