- Requirements: Sierra Army Depot has a requirement to repair asphalt. Set Asides: This procurement is for service disabled veteran owned small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310 Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Parts 14 or 15. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is September 3, 2013 and closes October 1, 2013 at 2:00pm PST. The anticipated award date is October 7, 2013. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Site Visit: Scheduled for September 17, 2013 at 1000am building 60 Conference room. Submit your visitor request form no later than 48 business hours prior to site visit and notify the point of contact. Inquiries: All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing through ASFI, Attn: Tamara Gage or emailed to tamara.a.gage.civ@mail.mil. Questions are encouraged to be posted on the ASFI website. No telephone questions will be accepted. Questions will not be accepted within 7 days of the closure date, October 1, 2013. Notifications: Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view this website for any amendments made to this solicitation.
