- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT RLP 3NM0145 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:NM City:Las Cruces Delineated Area:Offered properties must be located in within the following delineated area: North: I-70/Main/Bataan/Memorial Highway South: City Limits East: Sonoma Ranch Blvd. / City Limits West: Main Street/Avenida de Mesilla/ Snow Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):14,259 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Space Type:Office and Warehouse/Garage Parking Spaces (Total):39 Parking Spaces (Surface):39 Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term:12 years Firm Term:7 years Option Term: Additional Requirements:The space will consist of approximately 11,259 ABOA square feet of Office space, and 3,000 ABOA square feet of Warehouse/Garage space. Offerors may submit expressions of interest for either: 1. Both the combined Office and Warehouse/Garage requirements together or, 2. Separately for either of the Office or Warehouse/Garage requirements. Office space is preferred on the second floor or higher. Space shall not be located near Public Defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Probation offices or other businesses or facilities deemed unacceptable by the tenant agency for security purposes. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain, unless determined to be the only practicable alternative.
