Phone 202.685.8052 NAVFAC Washington is interested in gaining knowledge of all potential offerors capable of performing facility support services at the Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, DC. Project Description Provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide facility investment, facility maintenance, grease exhaust duct cleaning and street sweeping for the Naval Research Laboratory Complex located in Washington D.C. The site consists of 92 buildings totaling approximately 3.1M square feet, 277,000 square yards of parking and roads, and 16,500 square yards of sidewalks. Facility is a secure facility. Annex Information: Annex 1 - General Information Annex 2 - Management and Administration Annex 15 - Facility Support Sub-Annex 1502000 - Facility Investment Sub-Annex 1503060 - Pavement Clearance The period of performance for this contract is a base period and four option years, not to exceed 60 months. The NAICS Code is 561210, Facility Support Service. All eligible businesses are encouraged to respond to this Sources Sought Notice. Offerors are reminded that "THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL." The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified business sources capable of performing the described work. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall not constitute responses to solicitation, which is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced at a later date. As stipulated in FAR 15.201, responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Sources Sought Notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. Respondents will not be notified of the results of any government assessments. The information received will be utilized to assist in formulating the acquisition. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. Firms responding to this Sources Sought Notice are requested to provide NAVFAC Washington with capability statements, limited to 10 pages, which need to include at a minimum: a. Company name and CAGE code b. Mailing address c. Point of contact (to include phone/fax and e-mail) d. Website, if applicable. e. Degree of experience providing same or similar services as outlined in required information and other information above. f. Identify any past or current Government contracts for same or similar services within the last three years. g. Small business classification, if applicable. h. Current security clearance of the company, if applicable. i. Eligibility to obtain Secret or Top Secret Clearance. Please provide information and capability of your business/company no later than 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday, September 11, 2013.
