- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Custodial Services for Bavaria Military Community - Hohenfels This acquisition is solicited as # W912PB-13-T-0325 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the latest updates of the required Regulations. Contract line items (CLINs) may be found in the price Section of this synopsis/solicitation. Services are for Custodial Services, as detailed in the PWS (Performance Work Statement) found as Attachment. Services shall be for Bavaria Military Community - Hohenfels. Service dates for each CLIN are detailed in the Price Section. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, does apply to this acquisition with addenda. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, does apply to this acquisition. Evaluation factors are Past Performance, Related Experience, and Price. Award will be based on Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable basis. This procurement will be evaluated in accordance with FAR clause 52.212-2. Prior to contract award, vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) which can be accomplished at https://sam.gov. There is NO FEE for this registration. By submission of a proposal, an offeror acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the SAM database prior to award; during performance; and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation. For assistance, you may access the SAM help desk at http://www.FSD.gov. Offerors must complete FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations & Certifications - Commercial Items. If you are already registered in SAM with your representations and certifications and have no changes, then you need not complete this clause. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, does apply to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Specific clauses required are detailed in the attachment. OFFERORS INTERESTED IN RESPONDING TO THIS RFQ MUST SUBMIT A QUOTE ON THE ATTACHED SF 1449 FORM. Award will be made to the offeror providing the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable Proposal. The due date for the receipt of proposals is listed in Block 8 on page 1 of the SF1449. The Government reserves the right to cancel this synopsis/solicitation. Faxed or emailed proposals will NOT be accepted.
