- Sole Soucre Justification The U.S. Department of Labor, Washington, DC - INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Department of Labor intends to negotiate and procure the following services on a sole source basis. This is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to,NetLert 20 Fall Pippin Lane Ste 202 Asheville NC USA 28803 U.S.A to provide technical support services and maintenance renewal services for the following: The following renewals will be procured by this requirement: 1 Year: -50 Agent License Upgrade Cost - Total License would equal 195 Agents plus 12 Additional PBX's - Maintenance for 9/30/2013 - 9/29/2014 for 195 Agents + 12 additional PBX's - M&S includes unlimited 24/7 support along with all upgrades Installation and Training is included in the list price from NetLert Any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. All information submitted in response to this announcement must be received by September 3, 2013, 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time. This information can be emailed to Van Nixon. Responses will be evaluated; however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
