- AGAR 452.209-70 - submit with quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation no. AG-81J8-S-13-0004 is issued for a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. (iv) This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 334516 and the small business size standard is 500 employees or less. (v) The USDA, ARS, Arid-Land Agricultural Research Center requires a scientific biological incubator, as follows, Quantity three (3) - Percival Scientific Biological Incubator Model I-30BLL with INTELLUS ® Ultra Control system for temperature and photoperiod with single board, 10 key membrane keypad with LED indicators and vacuum fluorescent display, real time programming, able to run ramping or non-ramping mode programs, temperature range 2° to 44° C (± 0.5° C), a/4 HP continuous running condensing unit, standard chamber 115/1/60, adjustable shelves two, able to simulate natural conditions, and quantity two (2) Q18 Staking Angles. (vii) Delivery to the USDA, ARS, Arid Land Agricultural Research Center, Maricopa, AZ 85138. (viii) A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, shall be provided with your offer.
