- D&F SOW BOM Wage determination RFQ (1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (2) The solicitation number is HSBP1013Q0150A0001 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-67. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. (3) This procurement shall be a total small business set-aside. All qualified, responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the agency. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. The resulting contract shall be awarded to the offeror who provides the lowest price technically acceptable. FOB destination shall be New York, NY. (4) The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Indianapolis, IN intends to award a purchase order for the purchase and installation of an audio/visual system. It is required that all contractors submitting a quote review the attached STATEMENT OF WORK to review all requirements. All contractors submitting a quote shall be required to meet the requirements found in the STATEMENT OF WORK and BILL OF MATERIALS. (5) All questions and quotes must be submitted via email to Gary.Orr@dhs.gov. (6) Period of performance: Installation of equipment shall be within 30 days of award of Purchase Order. (7) Price: All quotes should include a breakdown of prices. Based unit for Smartboard Model #SBID8070I-G4-SMP is brand name specific. Other items listed on the BOM are listed as Brand Name or Equal.
