Description

Notice of Award Solicitation Number: VA701-13-R-0235 The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) made award directly to Barbaricum LLC, 718 7th NW STE 302 Washington, DC 20001-3782 for the procurement of services in support of the 2013 Military Base Awareness Campaign program under the authority of 38 U.S.C. § 8127 ©, Veterans First Contracting Program, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or required by statute. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The purpose of this campaign is to target urban physicians in transit during their daily commute and persuade them through a compelling recruitment marketing & advertising campaign to explore options for a relocation to the nearest rural VA medical center.
