- Description
- The Social Security Administration, Region II, has a requirement for rental of ten (10) indoor parking spaces for GSA leased vehicles assigned to the Social Security Administration. Entrance to the contractor?s parking facilities shall be located within a 1500-foot walking distance of the Jacob Javits Federal Building, located at 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278. The contractor?s facility shall be securely manned and provide for entrance, retrieval, and exit of SSA vehicles at any time 24-hours per day seven days per week. The entrance, retrieval, and exit of SSA vehicles shall not exceed a 15 minutes. As SSA personnel utilize parking spaces on a rotational basis, the contractor shall not limit the use of a parking space rented under this contract to a particular vehicle or license plate tag. The period of performance is 09/27/2013 through 09/26/2014. This is a small business set aside. The NAICS code is 812930 with a size standard of $35,000,000.00. The sol! icitation will be uploaded to www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net on approximately 08/27/2013.
