Description
FAA-ANI-300-380 Incirlik AB Tower Shades 1. This sources sought is issued for informational and planning purposes only. Incirlik AB is conducting market research and desires input from industry to assist in requirements planning. The information requested by this sources sought will be used within the Air Force to facilitate that decision making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. Please note: The Air Force will not be responsible for any cost incurred by interested parties in responding to this request. The 39th Contracting Squadron is interested in the identification of the capable sources to provide the following (Brand Name or Equal) items: Transparent Plastic Window Shades for the Air Traffic Control Tower at Incirlik AB. Window shades shall be manufactured by Plastic-View, PV 128 or an approved equal IAW FAA-ANI-300-380 paragraph 2.1.7. The shades must be new, not reconditioned or refurbished. Items must be in accordance with the Attachment to this sources sought. Please include in your responses to this sources sought an estimated delivery schedule to Incirlik AB, Turkey. 2. Capability of furnishing the items listed above: Capability information should confirm the ability to supply all equipment and installation for the item listed above. The capability package must be clear, concise, and complete to allow for the Government to analyze the products in question for technically acceptable standards IAW FAA-ANI-300-380 ATCT Transparent Plastic Window Shades. The Air Force is under no obligation to provide feedback to the company, or to contact the company for clarification of any information submitted in response to this sources sought. 3. Submission Information: Written response by e-mail is requested. Responses should be addressed to TSgt David Wright, Contract Administrator, at david.wright.38@us.af.mil. Responses must be received by this office at or before 4 p.m Eastern European Time 29 August 2013. This request for information is not a commercial solicitation and the Government will not pay for any information submitted, or for any costs associated with providing the information. 4.
