Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912JD-13-T-0003 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business under NAICS code 721110, size standard $30M in revenue. For more complete description of requirement, refer to attached Performance Work Statement. Description of Contract Lines Items See Attached PWS for full requirement for each CLIN CLIN 0001 - 140 - Each - Guest Rooms 20 double occupancy guest rooms on 6 September 2013 and 120 double occupancy guest rooms on 7 September 2013. CLIN 0002 - 250 - Each - Meal Plans 250 meal plans to include buffet-style dinner on 8 September 2013 and breakfast on 9 September 2013. 0003 - 4 - Each - Conference and Breakout Rooms 0004 - 1 - Each - Audio/Visual Equipment Rental Vendor shall provide a la cart pricing list of available Audio/Visual equipment. Requirements shall be determined based on specific rooms. This CLIN shall be issued as a not-to-exceed line item meaning the government shall allow costs up to an amount to be determined in the contract award.
