- Description
- DARPA-SN-13-45 The Defense Sciences Office (DSO) of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is interested in exploring new paths to treating memory deficits by understanding how memories, including both skills and knowledge, are encoded in the mammalian brain. Of specific interest are novel quantitative methods that can quantifiably model the processes through which complex memories are encoded in humans and animals, as well as the use of such approaches to enable restoration of long-term memory via devices designed to bridge gaps in injured brains. See attached DARPA-SN-13-45.
