- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for performance-based janitorial services at Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, Princeton, Oregon 97721. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment to provide custodial related services. The Contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of all services. All businesses responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The entire solicitation is available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at http://www.fbo.gov and http://www.fedconnect.net under Solicitation No. F13PS00857. Quotes will be due 14 days after the solicitation is issued unless the date for receipt of proposals is extended by the Government. The Government anticipates awarding a one (1) year base period with four (4) one-year option periods not to exceed five (5) years total contract duration. The anticipated start date is around October 1, 2013. A Statement of Work, Wage Determination, Provisions, and HSPD-12 requirements are attached. All vendors must provide a complete proposal as to how they propose to provide services as outlined in the evaluation factors. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561720 and the small business size standard for this NAICS code is $16.5 million dollars in annual receipts. All responsible sources considered a Small Business under this NAICS code are eligible to respond to this solicitation.
