Material Submittal Schedule Attachment 4: Finanacial Institution Reference Sheet Attachment 3: Wage Determination Rates Attachment 2: Specifications Attachment 1: Performance Work Statement (PWS) Solicitation Solicitation Cover Letter The 319th Contracting Flight at Grand Forks AFB (GFAFB), ND 58205-6436 has issued a solicitation for Replace Carpet Basic Contract at GFAFB, ND. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to complete the Replace Carpet Basic Contract In Accordance With (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at GFAFB, North Dakota. Principal Features: Removal and replacement of existing carpet with carpet tile or rolled carpet, existing vinyl tile, existing baseboard trim and existing transition strips at GFAFB. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price requirements type contract for services with a base year and four one-year option periods. The base period of performance will be from 17 September 2013 through 16 September 2018. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 422110, Floor Covering Stores and the small business size standard is $7 million. This acquisition will be solicited as a Small Business (SB) set-aside. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be mailed. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking FBO to obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to the solicitation; prospective offerors are encouraged to register for notification through FBO. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award. Registration requires a DUNS number and may take up to three weeks to process.
