- The original synopsis dated May 9, 2013 is hereby amended to the following: The Strategic Systems Programs intends to issue a competitive solicitation to fulfill its FY14 objective to obtain delivery of trade studies and demonstrations under one or two contracts which develop and evaluate technology options and concepts for potential Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) weapons focused on a range of broadly applicable technology areas for intermediate-range approaches. Each potential award will contain three, 13-month options. The solicitation will be made available only through the Internet at the FedBizOpps (FBO) website (https://fbo.gov). The Government will not provide hard copies of the solicitation in response to any written, telephone, or facsimile requests. The FBO website provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including the solicitation and any amendments, will be distributed solely through the FBO website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO website to assure they have the most up-to-date information on the acquisition.
