Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested. Solicitation number VA263-13-R-3317 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. The VA anticipates award to a single company for all labor, transportation, parts, equipment, supplies, and expertise necessary to install, connect, terminate, test, provide access to, and maintain a Veterans Guest Internet Access (VGIA) in the following locations at the Iowa City VA Healthcare System (ICVAHCS) in Iowa City, IA and associated outlying Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in the Eastern Iowa/Western Illinois area. Physical addresses are listed below and floor plans of each location are attached. Additional requirements are listed within the attached solicitation document. A list of contract line items, quantities, and units of measure (including options) is listed within the attached solicitation document. Proposals are due to the Contracting Office by September 04, 2013 at 11:00 AM CST. Proposals shall be emailed to Kelly.Nussbaum@va.gov prior to the solicitation closing date and time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their proposal is received by the Contracting Officer before the solicitation closing.
