- Redacted J&A SOLE SOURCE NOTICE (Mobile Local News App) Posting Date: 22 AUG 2013 Response Date: 29 AUG 2013 This is a notice of intent to issue a contract to DoApp, Inc. 3908 HUNTINGTON LN NW ROCHESTER MN 55901-4127, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is to provide a commercial, off-the-shelf solution to provide a tablet/smartphone app to deliver multiple streams of news, photography and video to our audience. See attached, redacted Justification & Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. Intereste d persons may identify their interest and capability to perform by responding to this notice by the specified closing date. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by the closing date specified in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
