- W91238-13-Q-0030 Request for Quotation-Folsom Resident Office Landscaping - RFQ Solicitation will be added by Friday, 9 Aug 2013. Description: Contractor will provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools and supplies necessary to provide installation and maintenance services to install and maintain the plants. Contract period will be for Base Year and 4 Option Years of maintenance. Units and services will be in accordance with Performance Work Statement dated 23 July 2013.
