Description

The Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) Health Information Technology Services (HITS) Division intends issue a limited source solicitation to Image Technical Services, Inc. requesting pricing for a firm-fixed task order for the future potential procurement of audio visual production services for the MyVeHU Campus training website. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(B) - 'Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.' The NAICS code for this procurement is 541511 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $25 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
