- The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic Systems Contracting Division (AFLCMC/HNCK), intends to award a sole source contract for the following item from Science Application International Corporation: Development, test, installation, training and user manual for the Computational Module The NAICS Code is 541511/$25.5M with a Service Code D308. The requirement is for a computational module integrated into CDAS that will execute wholesale demand-based requirements computations, generate stratification and DD1000 reports. The objective of this module is to create stratification and congressional financial reports, as well as minimize the quantity of material ordered or stored in the Department of Defense supply chain by balancing costs against supply performance goals supplied by customers. The computation will be used to compile requirements and determine actions to ensure support for worldwide missions. The Government intends to make an award in the Oct/Nov 13 timeframe. No technical data/drawings/technical orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of providing development, test, installation, training and user manual for the Computational Module, please send an email to the Contracting Officer within 15 days of this announcement. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a) or women owned business and whether they are located in U.S. or foreign owned. An AFLCMC Ombudsman has been appointed to consider and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. Before consulting the Ombudsman concerned parties should first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendation to the Contracting Officer for resolution. In addition, AFFARS 5352.201-9101, Ombudsman, will be included in this acquisition's solicitation and contract.
