- Description
- This is a draft statement of work proposed for JMAS IV. This file contains proposed performance standards and proposed periods of performance. Proposed labor categories for JMAS IV. This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC). The AOUSC is requesting comments to a draft Statement of Work (SOW), proposed labor categories, proposed service standards and period of performance. Three documents are included as attachments. The AOUSC plans on using the SOW, labor categories, and other terms in a contract, called the Judiciary Multiple Award Services (JMAS) IV, which will provide a broad range of information technology services. Input gathered during this RFI process will be considered when preparing the final SOW, labor categories, and other terms. All of the documents will likely be modified and parts may be eliminated before their ultimate use. The following list represents a list of typical comments, but by no means exhaustive: 1) indicating that terms or statements require clarification; 2) proposing inclusion or exclusion of sub-tasks, 3) recommending that certain job skills, experience, or training are unnecessary, 4) stating that certain skills, experience or training are necessary but missing, 5) stating that a service standard is unclear, should be modified in a particular way, or should be included, 6) the proposed periods of performance are reasonable or are not reasonable. While the AOUSC appreciates comments, we will not, in this phase of development, respond to feedback or questions about material contained in the RFI documents or about JMAS IV in general. This RFI is issued for information gathering purposes only. There is no intent of awarding a contract based on the RFI. The AOUSC is not at this time seeking proposals or quotes and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Interested parties are encouraged to provide comments. Failure to participate in the RFI will not impact an interested party's ability to participate in any future competitive process. Responders are advised that all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. All comments should be sent by email to Earl Friedman, Contracting Officer, AOUSC, Earl_Friedman@ao.uscourts.gov. Correspondence should refer to RFI # USCA13R0099 and feedback received by September 3, 2013 will be considered. This RFI will be archived on September 4, 2013. THERE ARE THREE DOCUMENTS ATTACHED TO THIS RFI.
