- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912NR-13-Q-0014 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66 effective 1 April 2013. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 721110 with a small business size standard of $30M. This requirement is full and open competition with no set aside. The Louisiana Army National Guard requires the following applicable Contract Line Item (CLIN) to be in compliance with GSA Per Diem Rates and Joint Federal Travel Regulation. Unless specified, quotes submitted shall include proposed menu for each meal. CLIN 0001. Contractor shall provide one audio visual projector and two 10' x 15' screens for use on 14-15 September 2013. CLIN 0002. Contractor shall provide 90 sleeping rooms per night on 13 and 14 September 2013. (Availability of 35 additional rooms from 12-15 Sep to be blocked separately from this requirement and will be reserved and paid for by individuals utilizing the room. The additional 35 rooms shall be within the hotel or overflow hotel within 1 mile radius of the contracted hotel.) CLIN 0003. Contractor shall provide a breakfast buffet for 180 guests on 14 September 2013. CLIN 0004. Contractor shall provide a lunch buffet for 180 guests on 14 September 2013. CLIN 0005. Contractor shall provide a dinner buffet for 180 guests on 14 September 2013. We request for a tailgate party style with area to support large screen and projector for the LSU game, large fans and shade tents (as needed), with tables and chairs for individuals to sit, eat, and watch game. We will also need an area to set up small children games. Menu: wings, hot dogs, hamburgers, pigs n blanket, cheese and crackers, fruit tray, chips and dip, peanuts, brownies, cookies, cotton candy, cole slaw, fries, baked beans, popcorn. Tea and water stations - vendors may submit alternate menu with quote. CLIN 0006. Contractor shall provide a breakfast buffet for 180 guests on 15 September 2013. CLIN 0007. Contractor shall provide a lunch buffet for 180 guests on 15 September 2013. CLIN 0008. Contractor will provide 7 meeting rooms set up for up to 50 quest in theater style seating, 4 childcare rooms capable to hold 25 pax each, 1 Boardroom, 1 Storage room, 1 room for approximately 35 vendors with 8 foot display tables, and 1 ballroom for 200-250 personnel for dining setup. This ballroom will also be used for general session. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications (APR 2012) - Commercial Items applies to this Request for Quotation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal or indicate (with DUNS Number) that current information is available on the federal government website SAM (https://www.sam.gov/). Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of a government contract. Additionally, the offeror shall comply with the DFARS clause at SAM Requirement: Company/Vendor shall be registered in the System for Award Management before an award can be made to them. The NAICS code identified herein must appear in FAR 52.212-3 quote mark Offeror Representations and Certifications quote mark in SAM, and the vendor must be actively registered in that NAICS prior to award to be considered for any resulting contract. Failure to be properly registered at the time and date of award may render the quote non-responsive.
