- NSN: 3010-01-437-5635 Item Description: Connecting Link, Rigid Manufacturer's Code and Part Number: CFM INTERNATIONAL (58828) / 9523M35G03 Quantity: 32700 Unit of Issue: EA Destination Information: FOB Origin / I&A Origin Delivery schedule: 1500 each month, commencing April 2014 The following notes are applicable to this acqusition: One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation will be available in DLA DIBBS ( https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ ) on or about the issue date of 08/21/13. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: CFM International, Inc. / CAGE 58828 It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: UNRESTRICTED
