- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 110th Force Services Squadron at Battle Creek ANGB is requesting 1 automated run timing system with the following minimum salient characteristics listed below: Line Item 01 - Automated Run Timing System (Quantity: 1 EA) - Capable of 1500 concurrent runners, lap counting (6 lap race) - RFID sensing of bib/shoe tags by sensor mats or antennaes - Portable, all weather - Includes case, reader, back-up power supply to include battery and AC powered - Includes laptop with race management software with capability of running remote time displays - 2 antennas, 10' tower arch, cables - Training and 1 year of technical support and software updates. Offerors are requested to submit questions to the E-mail address noted below by no later than 5:00 P.M. EST, 29 August 2013. Terms of the solicitation and specification remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing.
