Description

Appendix A Statement of Work Solicitation Combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of a Vertical Lift Module (VLM) to support new MIC Mechanized Materials Handling Systems (MMHS) operations in building 847, Hill AFB for Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; written proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Oral offers will not be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) as solicitation number FA8201-13-R-0026. It is issued on 19 August 2013 from the contracting office at: OO-ALC/PZIOA 6038 Aspen Ave Bldg 1289 NE Hill AFB, UT 84056-5805 This solicitation closes on 19 September 2013. All quotes must be received by 3:30 p.m. Mountain Time on closing date 19 September 2013. Quotes must be submitted electronically to the Contract Negotiator, Hailee Lucas at email address hailee.lucas@hill.af.mil.
