IPP Waiver Form SF_1444 - REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION OF ADDITIONAL CLASSIFICATION AND RATE Wage Determination No 2005-2307 Attachment C - Facility Standards CheckList Attachment B - Price List Attachment A - Security Requirements ORCA (manual) Form TBPDOIT13Q0023 - Solicitation The Bureau of the Fiscal Service's (Fiscal Service)is issuing this unrestricted solicitation, on behalf of its Office of Information and Security Services (ISS) to obtain a Contractor to transport and store backup magnetic tape cartridges; small cartons of miscellaneous items, floppy disks, tape reels, platters, and documentation at an off-site storage facility for the Fiscal Service's facility located in Kansas City, MO, in accordance with the performance work statement, herein. The Government anticipates awarding a single purchase order for a 12-month period with a planned start date of October 1, 2013. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal in accordance with the solicitation by the due date.
