- Quantitative Fit Testing System Subject: Request for three (3) Quantitative Respirator Fit Testing Systems The National Geospatial Intelligence (NGA) has a requirement for (3) Quantitative Respirator Fit Testing Systems that are required to periodically preform mandatory training and fit testing at the New Campus East (NCE) location. The Quantitative Respirator Fit Testing Systems will be used to detect potential exposure to asbestos, lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury, silica, hexavalent chromium, mold, solvents and other toxic agents. In accordance with FAR Part 6.1, this combined solicitation/synopsis, which is a Request for Quote (RFQ) is a full and open competition consideration soliciting contractors on the open market. The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price and the award will be made on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government, price and other factors considered to include Past Performance. Selection will be based on the following evaluation factors, in order of importance: (1) Offerors capability to provide a quality product that meets the Government needs; and (2) Total cost or price. 1. The NAICS code is 334510 2. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov prior to any contract award. Lack of registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award. The NAICS code identified in this solicitation must be in SAM prior to award. 3. Your quote must be filled in the attached form and must be all or none. Partial submissions will not be accepted. All offers shall identify all open market products, if any. 4. All quotes are due electronically by August 22, 2013 by 3:30 p.m. Easter Standard Time. Submissions should not contain attachments greater than 3MB in size. Such submissions may be excluded. All quotes should be sent to Patricia Mercer-Bey, Contract Specialist at patricia.l.mercer-bey@nga.mil. All quotes shall reference and acknowledge all modifications posted to this solicitation, if applicable. Offers who do not comply with all requirements of this solicitation may be eliminated from competition. Telephone responses will not be accepted. 5. LATE OFFERORS: Offerors are reminded that an email transmission of a quote/offer after the closing date and time will not constitute a timely submission of a quote/offer, and will not be accepted.
