Description

The G. V. "Sonny" Montgomery VA Medical Center, Jackson, MS intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for the delivery of plasma that has been frozen within 24 hours of collection (FP24). The period of performance consists of a one year base period with four each one year options available for Government exercise. For a bid to be considered for award, licensing and interstate certification statement (if applicable) must accompany the bidder's quote. This procurement is not subject to set aside; all business may submit a quote. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621991, Blood Banks; the size standard is $30 Million averaged annual revenue. It is anticipated that Solicitation VA256-13-Q-1721 will be released on or about August 20, 2013.
