Description

The General Services Administration has a requirement for approximately 360 BOMA rentable square feet of office and related space. Rentable square footage must yield a minimum of 360 BOMA occupiable square feet of space to house personnel, furnishings and equipment. The initial tenant will be the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Leased space must consist of a minimum of 220 square feet of office space for 2 personnel and equipment and 140 square feet of general storage space. and 3 surface parking spaces. Space must be offered within the following delineated area: AREA OF CONSIDERATION - City limits of Chamberlain, SD. Offered space must fully conform to current federal (handicapped) accessibility standards. Offered space must be outside the 500-year flood plain. Occupancy is scheduled for April 1, 2014. Full term of the lease 5 years, Firm term of the lease to be 3 years. If no offers are received that fully comply with the SFO requirements, consideration will be given to other alternative sites.
