- High Density Pilot Detailed Area Vendors' Questions and FBI's Responses This is Solicitation RFQ 205313A091 for a highly scalable, efficient and modular/incremental data center power and cooling technology that is both cost effective and environmentally conscientious. The attachments for this solicitation will be posted on July 24, 2013. All questions may be emailed to the contract specialist. Section 2.3.7 LOCATION - has been modified to remove the requirement for a TS clearance for the Site Visit.
