- PR No: 0049315054. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for an Modulator, Radar. This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 5841-01-101-3619 Sources: Communications & Power Industries, CAGE 88236, Part Number MA8412-1X1D Herley Industries, CAGE 32187, Part Number MD-100X011 Cobham Electronic Systems, CAGE 96341, part Number MA8412-1X1D Quantity: 23 Each Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. 280 days AFAA or 280 days ARO if FAT is waived. Surge requirements do not apply. AN EXPORT CONTROL BIDSET EXISTS FOR THIS NSN CLASSIFIED DATA (CONFIDENTIAL) DD FORM 254 REQUIRED FIRST ARTICLE TESTING APPLIES-SEE BELOW Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competitive procedures. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A 100% Quantity Option applies. The anticipated issue date is on or about August 30, 2013. The anticipated award date is October 31, 2013. CONTRACTOR FIRST ARTICLE TEST APPLIES: FIRST ARTICLE SAMPLE SHALL CONSIST OF 2 UNITS EACH. First Article test Plan required: Test plan must describe what requirements are to be tested and how the tests are to be performed. Test plan must include a list of the test equipment used during testing. Contractor format is acceptable. First submissionis due 60 calendar days after contract award. WR-ALC/LFEA approval within 60 calendar days after receipt. Resubmittal with revision within 30 calendar days from original submission or from date of WR-ALC/LFEA request/notification. First Article Testing: Contractor shall notify ACO and 728CBSG.F15.FAT@ROBINS.MIL of test time and locations 45 days prior to start of first article testing Forward First Article Test Report to: 455 Byron Street Robins AFB, GA 31098-1887 MARK FOR: "FIRST ARTICLE TEST-DO NOT POST."
