- Questionnaire GSA's Public Buildings Service (PBS) will hold several industry conferences on brokerage services for future GSA lease projects. The conferences offer two distinct venues including one on one conferences and a large auditorium conference. Locations and dates of conferences are as follows: Laguna Niguel, CA - Aug 27-28, 2013 - 2400 Avila Road, Laguna, Niguel, CA 92677, 3rd Floor, Suite 3318. This location will host one on one conferences. Lakewood, CO - Sept 3-4, 2013 - Denver Federal Center (West 6th Avenue and Kipling Street, Lakewood, CO 80225). This location will host one on one conferences. Chicago, IL - Sept 10-11, 2013 - John C. Kluczynski (JCK) federal building 230 south Dearborn street, Chicago, IL 60604. Room 3547. This location will host one on one conferences. Washington, DC - Sept 17-18, 2013 - GSA Central Office (1800 F Street NW, Washington, DC 20405). T his location will host an auditorium conference for up to 300 participants and one on one conferences. New York, NY - Sept 24-25, 2013 - Jacob K. Javits Federal Building, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, New York 10278. Room TBD. This location will host one on one conferences. These conferences are designed for commercial real estate professionals to provide GSA their feedback and insights on how to make commercial real estate brokerage services more valuable, efficient, and effective for the government. Attendance at the one on one conferences are by invitation only. Invitations will be issued on a "first come, first serve" basis to those firms that submit a complete submission request. A submission request is considered complete when it has been emailed to bc3-mailbox@gsa.gov and includes a completed "GSA Brokerage Services Industry Conferences Questionnaire" (see attached document to this Notice for questionnaire). Please download the file attached to this special notice, answer all questions thoroughly, and attach the completed document to your email request. Please provide your interest and submit a completed questionnaire no later than August 23, 2013. Confirmed invitations will be emailed no later than August 23, 2013. With the exception of the Washington, DC conference, attendance is restricted to twelve (12) corporations at each conference location with no more than five (5) attendees from each corporation. The Washington DC conference will only be limited to seating in the GSA auditorium at 1800 F Street NW, Washington, DC (300 persons). For each conference location, the first twelve respondents to provide a complete submission request will have the opportunity to conference with GSA individually and discuss the ideas and recommendations that they provided in their questionnaire. All conferences will be focused on the questions contained within the questionnaire and will follow a strict agenda of discussing those questions and soliciting feedback from industry. An informational webinar on GSA leasing and the Brokerage Services Industry Conferences will be held on August 13, 2013, from 3:00-4:00 PM EST. This webinar is available to all commercial real estate industry professional s. Attendance of this webinar is not required, but encouraged for those that intend on participating in the GSA Brokerage Services Conference.
