- Item SimView Server PC with Analog Video Card 1EA SimView Digital Pan Tilt Zoom(PTZ) 1EA SimView Digital Fixed Network Camera 1EA SimView Custom Set Up 1EA Non-Inventory Item 1EA SimMan 3G Complete with 12" Monitor 1EA Simman 3g Valueplus Platinum (3 Yr) 1EA Intro To Simman 3g On-Site 1EA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format of FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. Description The items that are being requested will be used for the purposes of simulation training by way of a mannequin located at the National Institutes of Health's Clinical Center Critical Care Medicine Department. There is an increased reliance on simulation training to develop and maintain skills, and to assess competency. The simulation training is currently used by both Nursing and CCMD, with additional training being used for other institute groups including NIAID, NCI, and NICDS. Our current equipment is coming to the end of its lifespan since it is used every week; often multiple times per week. Essential Requirements • Must provide all listed items and quantities • One (1) year warranty on manufactured products • Ninety (90) day warranty on refurbished products • Two (2) year parts replacement warranty Method The NIH Clinical Center anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order. This order will be processed under the direction of simplified acquisition procedures to one (1) organization that meets the overall qualifications needed to provide the listed equipment. This procurement will be evaluated in the terms of technically acceptable, lowest price. Capability Each response should include the following information: A. Duns Number B. Company Name C. Type of Company (i.e., small businesses, 8(a), woman-owned, veteran owned) as validated via the System for Award Management (SAM). All offerors must be registered in the SAM, located at www.sam.gov G. Quotation The Government shall consider all responses received prior to the close date of this procurement. Small Businesses are encouraged to respond if they are able to meet the need of this requirement. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement. The proposed award date will be on or before August 30, 2013.
