- Solicitation Number: N32205-13-R-1009 Notice Type: Presolicitation/SYNOPSIS Synopsis: The Military Sealift Command has a requirement for the upcoming Regular Overhaul (ROH) for the USNS YUKON (T-AO 202). The period of performance for this requirement is to commence 16 January 2014 for a period of fifty-five (55) days. This requirement will be solicited as a unrestricted/full and open. Major work items associated with this availability include: UNREP Gear Maintenance; Life Boat Davit Wire Change Out; Annual Maintenance; Fwd and Midship Expansion Joint Steel Repairs; Port Main Engine 12 K hour Overhaul; Main Engine Exhaust Piping Repairs; Main Engine Turbocharger Repairs; SSDG Con Rod Inspection; No. 4 SSDG overhaul; Deck Nonskid Preservation; UW Hull Preservation; Freeboard Preservation; Propeller Blade Seal Change Out; Main and Emergency Switchboard Cleaning; Forepeak Ballast Tank Preservation; PTO Clutch and Coupling Overhaul (Port and Starboard); Tank Deck PV Valves Overhaul; Exhaust Resilient Mount Replacement; Potable Water Tank Preservation; Exterior Ladder Tread Replacement; Reefer Container Change Out; and Fathometer Replacement. The estimated issued date for this solicitation is on or about 28 August 2013 with an estimated closing date of 30 Sept 2013.
