- USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center-Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) requires Electrical Power Meters/Data Logging Systems, temperature sensors, current transformers (100 amp), and current transformers (50 amp). The delivery date will be no later than two (2) weeks after award. This proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for W9132T-13-T-0040 will be issued on or about 28 August 2013 with a closing date on or about 6 September 2013. Requests for copies of the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: ERDC-CERL, Contracts Office, Attn: Diane Biggs, PO Box 9005, Champaign IL 61826-9005. Requests may also be submitted via facsimile at (217) 373-6773 or e-mail to Diane.M.Biggs@usace.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted.
